1. Items Sold From Our Stock
All of our items are guaranteed.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us through email,
and we will work with you for your choice of a full refund
(minus shipping), or a replacement of your choice.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, if damaged,
and you need to make sure we receive all returns within 30 days.
You agree to pay all shipping and insurance costs to return items,
as we do expect the item to be in the same condition it was received.
A. We insure all items, and use the US Postal Service.
When returning items, we ask that you do the same.
Returns not insured, will be refused.
We will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied.
2. Items Sold Through Online Shops
When you are dealing with online shops, (our items have paypal buttons),
you will be working directly with the online shop. We have no control over their sales,
returns, etc.
We are careful to choose shops with good reputations,
whose return policies are more than fair.
